Eshan is an Associate at IP Chambers, focusing on Intellectual Property law and commercial legal advisory. He holds an LL.B (Second Class Honours) from the University of London, and is currently reading for an LL.M in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of West London.

He began his legal training under a Senior President’s Counsel, gaining experience in criminal litigation, fundamental rights, and writ applications, before transitioning to corporate and commercial law at a leading Colombo law firm.

At IP Chambers, Eshan is actively involved in the prosecution of IP matters, including trademarks, patents, and industrial designs, and regularly advises clients on contract drafting and commercial transactions.
