Vinura has been a key member of IP Chambers since 2019, serving as In-House Counsel. His practice encompasses a wide range of civil litigation, including Intellectual Property, Company Law, Commercial Law, Arbitration, and Administrative Law. Known for his strategic thinking, Vinura provides legal counsel on matters involving high legal complexity, including contract and patent drafting.

He earned his LL.B with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from the University of London, and was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. He is currently reading for a Master’s in Commercial Law at the University of Colombo, with a focus on Intellectual Property, Banking Law, and Commercial Mediation.

Vinura also serves as a legal consultant to several tech-based companies and is a Member of the Appeals-Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Sports, Sri Lanka.
